Assembly Guide Part 2: WiFi Connection

This is Part 2 of the three-part series: MAKE-YOUR-OWN Sensor Workshop Assembly Guide. In this tutorial, we will show you how to connect the device to the WiFi for the MAKE-YOUR-OWN Sensor Workshop.   1. On your WiFi-connected phone/laptop/computer, select and connect to “SensorUp_IOT_XXXXXX” from your available WiFi networks.
  2. Go to http://192.168.100.1/ Note that these substeps need to be completed relatively quickly. No need to rush, but avoid delays or pauses.
  3. Choose “Network” tab
  4. Choose “Station Mode”
  5. Select your regular WiFi from the drop down list
  6. Enter your WiFi password
  7. Click “Configure & Restart”

Note: Go to https://smartconnect.sensorup.com to confirm your sensor is working. This may take up to 10 minutes.
